5. Dating & Check-in Feature

hanii is a location-based dating platform that allows you to discover and connect with people at venues you visit. By using the check-in feature:

• You consent to sharing your location with other users at the same venue
• Check-ins are visible to other users for 24 hours unless you manually check out
• You agree to use this feature responsibly and respectfully for dating and social connections
• You understand that hanii does not verify the accuracy of venue information
• You acknowledge that hanii is designed for meeting new people and forming romantic connections

6. User Profiles & Content

You retain ownership of content you post on your dating profile, including photos, highlights, and other personal information. By posting content, you grant hanii a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the service. You represent that you have the right to share all content you post and that your profile information is accurate and truthful.

7. Safety & Reporting

We are committed to creating a safe dating environment. You can report inappropriate behavior, harassment, or content through our reporting system. We reserve the right to investigate and take action on reported content, including removing content and suspending accounts. Always prioritize your safety when meeting people from the app in person.

8. Disclaimer

HANII PROVIDES ITS DATING SERVICES "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF USER PROFILES, THE BEHAVIOR OF OTHER USERS, OR THE SAFETY OF IN-PERSON MEETINGS OR DATES. ALWAYS USE CAUTION AND COMMON SENSE WHEN MEETING PEOPLE IN PERSON FROM A DATING APP. MEET IN PUBLIC PLACES AND INFORM FRIENDS OR FAMILY OF YOUR PLANS.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hanii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our dating services, including any interactions, dates, or relationships with other users. You assume all risks associated with meeting people through the app.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
